Mid October [Re.Treat Week in Athens focused on Longeivity and a therapists own health]: 1. women’s group ánd 2. a male group at an adjacent location, so groups train at a seperate location. Teachers to be confirmed. Expect a lot of movement [tai chi and possibly more active forms], arts, painting, site visits to temple of Demeter (women’s group) and Poseidon (men’s group)
