Expect gentle stretching, mindfulness, breathing exercises and getting creative to calm your nervous system as well as a sharing circle with real life stories, laughter, jokes, tea and nutritious treats. Each Sunday we will dive into a different theme that comes up in Fall. The Sundays are dedicated to
1 / Healthy body. healthy mind
2 / Knowing what your values are in life.
3 / letting go of what no longer serves you.
4 / Alone time, rest, fostering nourishing yourself and recalibration versus being always ‘on’, screen time and loneliness
5/ Preparing for the festive season in a healthy way, snacks and recipe included.
Dates are: October and 9 November 2026 from 10 – 12.15 and the possibility to go for a coffee or lunch together if you wish
Venue: to be confirmed in de Bomenbuurt, The Hague
Cost: 199 euros for 5 Sundays, or 40 euros for a single Sunday

If that means you are using the Self Care Sundays Series to recalibrate your life as you are going through a rough patch – that’s also okay. Our motto: it’s okay to not be okay! Life knows light and day, but also dark and night. We are moving into the season of winter, of reflection, of taking stock whether life as you currently are living it – is it serving your values, your north-star? For some participants the answer to that question is why they are joining. For others, they know they are on the right track but the discipline to stay on the right track requires some effort.
